Javier Cairo, MD, MPH is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicina and Infectious Diseases. Working in hospitals in Ocala, Gainesville and Inverness he sees patients Monday- Friday. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease
He was awarded his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima – Peru, completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine at Griffin Hospital, his master in Public Health at Yale University and his fellowship in Infectious Diseases at University of Texas at Houston/MD Anderson Cancer Center.
